Quinn Vos - Chair
Quinn was born and raised in Welland. She has played many sports including basketball, soccer, rowing, softball, and golf. She is a basketball referee with the NDBRA since 09'. Quinn graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Education and Physical Education. She is currently working for Brock University where she plans and facilitates Outdoor Education programs for the NCDSB.

Lauren Aiello - Social Media
Lauren was born and raised in Welland. In 2013, she earned a scholarship to the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL, where she competed in Division 1 rowing from 2013 to 2017, making three NCAA appearances during her collegiate career. She graduated with a degree in French Language & Literature and a minor in Italian Language & Literature. Continuing her education, she completed Niagara College’s TESL program in 2019 and earned her teaching degree from Brock University in 2022. Lauren is now a teacher with the Niagara Catholic District School Board. She remains active in sports, particularly enjoying golf.

Sara Van Den Akker - Event Coordinator
Sara was born and raised in Welland, ON. She attended Notre Dame College High School. In her final year of high school, she earned a soccer scholarship to a Division II school called Concord University in West Virginia. Sara competed in the NCAA for two seasons before transferring back to Canada and attended the University of Guelph. At UoG, Sara was a member of the Gryphons Women's Soccer team and played in the OUA for three seasons. She completed her undergrad with a Bachelors of Applied Science (BASc) and then went on to McMaster University for the Accelerated Nursing Program.

Jasmine Leheta - Secretary
Jasmine was born and raised in Welland and Niagara Falls. She began rowing for the South Niagara Rowing Club at age 11, and by 2016, in her final year of secondary school, she earned an academic and athletic scholarship to the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma. There, she competed in Division I lightweight and openweight women’s rowing for two years before transferring back to Brock University to complete her undergraduate degree. After completing post-graduate studies in alternative dispute resolution, Jasmine wanted to give back to the sport that helped her reach university. She began umpiring as an Assistant and Associate Umpire for RowOntario in April 2024, and by August 2024, she became a Licensed Umpire with Rowing Canada and RowOntario.
